1. CONDITIONS AN TIME OF RETURN
For products you buy at website innolife.com.vn, when checking the product with the delivery staff, if you have the following case: The product is damaged, the packaging is damaged. Damage caused by bacteria or insects Damaged during circulation Expired products The return period will apply as follows:
1 DAY: Frozen goods, Fresh meat
3 DAYS: Other products
2. Process of exchange and return: When the product you buy has an error (incorrect delivery, defective product, ..) we hope you understand and immediately contact the hotline number 0908270375.
Inno Life will promptly give you a refund. staff to the door to confirm the error and return the product.
3. In case the order has been paid online and needs to be returned, Inno Life will refund the money to the card you used to pay the bill according to the following deadline:
For Momo wallet: Customers receive the refund from 3 up to 5 days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
For Visa/Master card/JCB cards: Customers receive refunds from 12 to 15 days. If after the above time limit,
